3. We ask that you come clean and ready to Sauna approx. 10 minutes before your allocated time, without perfume or oils on your skin.

4. Your host will explain how to use the Sauna/cold water effectively, we recommend for beginners to start with just 5 minutes Sauna exposure before taking a break. If you are an experienced Sauna user, we recommend no more than 15 minutes in the sauna at any one time. You must exit if you start to feel uncomfortable, nauseous, dizzy or lightheaded.

5. Please follow the operator’s instructions for putting water on the hot rocks – use the ladle and bucket provided (not your own water from a bottle). Please do not put anything else on to the rocks. We offer a selection of oils to add to your water if required.

6. Take your time when Entering/ Exiting the Sauna, and watch out for the wind and the glass door. Our space can be limited and floor wet, no foot wear should be worn inside the sauna and make sure to close the door after you enter to avoid loss of heat.

7. Please do not block the door to the Sauna inside or outside, the ramp must be left clear at all times to allow users to exit safely and swiftly in case of emergency.

8. Respect others you are sharing with – Make sure to check with other users when you are wanting to increase the temperature by putting water on the rocks.
